How it started
Was there a reason behind this code decision, or did nobody notice for six months?
Building our own SaaS, we kept hitting the same questions: "Was there a reason behind this code decision, or did nobody notice for six months?" Review notes got forgotten, wiki rules died on arrival. Linters stayed at file level, never touched the relationships between modules.
In early 2026 we wrote an internal prototype that enforced a single rule - "domain must not depend on framework". In three weeks it caught 14 violations - each one either real bug or real conversation. That was the moment we decided: this can't stay internal.
Today, from Istanbul, we're building the strictest architectural control tool for polyglot codebases. We're not growing a company - we're building a tool meant to last.
