KVKK Privacy Notice

1. Data controller

AppArch Teknoloji Bilişim ve İnovasyon A.Ş. (address below) is the data controller for the personal data described here. Personal data in AppArch installations on customers' servers is processed by those customers as data controllers and is not covered by this notice.

2. Data processed

Identity and contact (name, e-mail, phone, company, role); customer transaction (quotes, contracts, invoices, licence records); communication and support records; transaction security (IP address, logs, installation identifiers); marketing and analytics data only with consent.

3. Purposes

Answering requests; preparing quotes and concluding and performing contracts; issuing licences and invoices; support; information security and abuse prevention; legal and tax obligations; protecting rights; and, with consent, analytics, advertising measurement and product news.

4. Collection method and legal basis

Data is collected electronically through website forms, e-mail, contracts and cookies, and from licence and update checks. Legal bases under KVKK Article 5: performance of a contract (5/2-c), legal obligation (5/2-ç), establishment, exercise or protection of a right (5/2-e), legitimate interest (5/2-f) and, for analytics cookies and marketing, explicit consent (5/1).

5. Transfers

Data may be transferred, to the extent necessary, to service providers for hosting, e-mail and anti-abuse protection; with your consent, to analytics and advertising providers (Google, LinkedIn, Meta); to accountants, auditors and legal advisers; and to authorised public institutions. Transfers abroad rely on the appropriate safeguards in KVKK Article 9.

6. Retention

Data is kept for the period the purpose requires and for the statutory periods, then deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

7. Your rights

Under KVKK Article 11 you may learn whether your data is processed and request information about it; learn the purpose and whether it is used for that purpose; learn the recipients at home and abroad; request correction, deletion or destruction and notification of these to recipients; object to a result against you arising solely from automated processing; and claim compensation for damage from unlawful processing.

8. How to apply

Send your request in writing to the address below, or by e-mail to info@apparch.io from an e-mail address registered with us, or by the other methods in the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller, with information that identifies you. We answer within 30 days at the latest.
