AppArch runs on your own servers and your code and data stay there. What you license is set out in a written quote and the Licence and Service Agreement. The website is provided as is, and Turkish law applies.
2. Who we are
apparch.io and the AppArch software are provided by AppArch Teknoloji Bilişim ve İnovasyon A.Ş. ("AppArch", "we"). Our contact details are at the end of this page.
3. Scope
These terms cover the use of the website, its documentation links and forms. Installing and using the AppArch software is governed by the Licence and Service Agreement and the quote or order form signed with the customer; where those conflict with these terms, they prevail. If AppArch offers a hosted (cloud) edition in the future, its subscription terms will be published separately and will apply only to that edition.
4. Use of the website
You may read, share and link to the website's content. You may not use the website or its forms for unlawful purposes, send misleading or harmful content, try to break its security, or collect its content automatically in a way that overloads it.
5. Intellectual property
The AppArch name, logo, software, rule catalogue, documentation and website content belong to AppArch or its licensors. Nothing on the website grants a licence to them unless expressly stated. Your source code and your data remain yours.
6. Information on the website
We keep the website accurate, but its content is general information about the product and is not an offer. Features, prices and availability are confirmed in a written quote.
7. Liability
The website is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, AppArch is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from its use. Liability for the software is governed by the Licence and Service Agreement. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Links to other sites
The website links to third-party sites such as Git providers and documentation hosts. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
9. Changes
We may update these terms; the version and date at the top of this page show which version applies. Changes do not affect agreements already signed.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights.
