1. Scope
This policy covers the personal data AppArch processes as data controller: on apparch.io, when you contact us, and in sales, licensing and support. AppArch is installed on the customer's own servers; the source code, findings and user accounts in an installation are processed by the customer, who is their data controller, and they do not reach AppArch.
2. What we collect
Contact and sales: name, e-mail, company, role and your message. Customer relationship: company details, contacts, quotes, contracts, invoices and licence records (installation identifier, limits and term). Support: the correspondence and any material you choose to share. Website: IP address, browser and log data and, only with your consent, analytics cookies. From installations: during licence and update checks, the installation identifier, an instance identifier and the software version; no code, findings or user data.
3. Why we use it
To answer you, prepare quotes, conclude and perform contracts, issue licences and invoices, provide support, keep the website secure and prevent abuse, meet our legal obligations and, with your consent, measure website use or send product news.
4. Legal basis
The performance of a contract, our legal obligations, the establishment and protection of rights, our legitimate interests and, where required, your explicit consent. The KVKK Privacy Notice sets these out in detail under Turkish law.
5. Who we share it with
Service providers that run the website, e-mail and anti-abuse protection for us; our accountants and legal advisers; and public authorities where the law requires. We do not sell personal data. Where a provider is abroad, the transfer relies on the safeguards in KVKK Article 9.
6. How long we keep it
For as long as the purpose requires and for the statutory periods (for example, commercial and tax records); then the data is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
7. Security
We protect personal data with access control, encryption in transit and least-privilege access. The Data Security Policy explains the measures in AppArch's own systems and in the software you install.
8. Cookies
The website uses essential cookies and, only with your consent, analytics and advertising measurement cookies. See the Cookie Policy.
9. Your rights
You can ask whether your data is processed, request access, correction or deletion, learn who received it and object to results of automated processing, as set out in KVKK Article 11. Write to info@apparch.io.
10. Changes
We publish changes on this page with a new version and date. If AppArch launches a hosted (cloud) edition, this policy will be updated to cover the data processed in it before it opens.
