Cancellation and Refunds

1. How AppArch is sold

AppArch is currently sold to businesses as a fixed-term licence, through a written quote and contract, and paid yearly or monthly by invoice. There is no online purchase or card payment on apparch.io.

2. Proof of concept

A PoC licence is free and ends on its expiry date; nothing is charged and nothing needs to be cancelled.

3. Ending a licence

Unless either party gives written notice at least 30 days before the end date, the contract renews automatically for the same term. To stop a renewal, write to one of the notice addresses in your contract, e-mail included, within that period. Ending early follows the termination terms of the Licence and Service Agreement and your contract; ending early without just cause leaves the fees for the rest of the term payable.

4. Refunds

Fees cover the whole contract term; with monthly payment, payment for the whole term is still committed. Unless the contract says otherwise, no partial refund is made for unused time. Fees are refunded where AppArch cannot deliver the licence it was paid for, where the contract is terminated for AppArch's material breach, and for erroneous or duplicate payments.

5. How refunds are made

Approved refunds are paid by bank transfer to the account the payment came from, within 14 days of approval.

6. Cloud edition

If AppArch offers a hosted (cloud) edition that can be bought online, its cancellation, withdrawal and refund rules will be published on this page before sales open.
